1-3/4 lb. Canned tomatoes; undrained,
-coarsely chopped
3 oz. Sun-dried tomatoes
1/3 cup Basil, fresh; chopped
1/4 cup Onions, chopped
4 Garlic cloves, crushed
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Black pepper, ground
1/4 tsp. Sugar
1 tbsp. Vinegar, rice wine,
-seasoned
1 tbsp. Oil, olive

Instructions

Bring both tomatoes to boil in medium saucepan over medium heat. Cook 2 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool 5 minutes. Pulse process tomato mixture, basil, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and sugar briefly to blend ingredients. With processor running, gradually add vinegar and oil; process until well blended.
