4 slices bacon
1 tbsp. mustard
1 clove garlic
1 shallot
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
Bacon pieces
3/4 cup canola or
olive oil
1 dash sugar
1 dash chopped thyme

Instructions

Chop, cook, cool, strain and reserve fat from bacon. In a food processor, combine mustard, garlic, shallot, vinegar, and bacon. PureƩ to smooth consistency, slowly adding canola or olive oil as necessary. Finally, add bacon fat, sugar and thyme.
