3 cups Apple Skin Peelings (that's about 13 apples, any kind)
1/2 cup Sugar
3/4 tbsp. Cinnamon
1 tbsp. butter

Instructions

Make Apple Spagetti right before it is being served, to avoid the peelings to turn brown.To Make Apple Spagetti, you take the apples and peel them by hand or with an apple peeler. Do not use the inside of the apples, only the skin. Your peels should be about a half or one centimeter wide. Put the skins in a bowl, and the cinnamon and the sugar. Mix, then put butter on and set in the microwave for 45 seconds on high. Take them out and enjoy!
