Almost Becky's Morning Shake

Becky's Morning Shake had no flavor, so I changed it up a bit. A vegan smoothie for the Clean Gut diet.

236.59 ml. almond milk
236.59 ml. carrot juice
473.18 ml. spinach
1 avocado, flesh of
29.57 ml. almond butter
14.79 ml. hemp protein powder
9.86 ml. ground flax seed or
flax meal
Pinch of sea salt


Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

I modified this recipe from Becky's Morning Shake in the Clean Gut diet.

1 cup carrot juice can be made by juicing 8 large carrots.

Delicious! I didn't have hemp and substituted a vanilla plant based protein. It gave me so much energy. Thanks for the recipe.
