Cream butter and sugar for 20 minutes. Add eggs one at a time; mix well. Add flour and lemon extract and mix well. Add 7up. Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan and bake at 325°F for 1 to 1-1/4 hour. Cool completely before removing from pan. (I learned this the hard way)!
It is very simple to make. I cut this out of a newspaper about 10 years ago.
