Wichita Falls Grilling Mop

INGREDIENTS
3/4 tbsp. salt
3/4 tbsp. dry mustard
1/2 tbsp. garlic powder
1/2 tbsp. chili powder
1/4 tbsp. bay leaf powder
3/4 tbsp. paprika
1/2 tbsp. hot sauce
1 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
4 cups beef stock or broth
1/2 cup vegetable oil
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients and simmer together for about 15 minutes in a large saucepan. Cool slightly and use as a delicious grilling mop for beef or pork.

My mother lived in Wichita Falls, TX for a while; this is from her ex-mother-in-law there.
