1/2 cup dairy sour cream
3 oz. cream cheese
2 slices onion, chopped
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
6 oz. red salmon caviar

Instructions

Put all ingredients except caviar in blender. Whirl for a few seconds. Remove from blender; add caviar, mixing lightly. Chill.

Author's Comments

Makes 1-1/2 cups of spread.

Spread on toast rounds and garnish with fresh dill sprigs. Or use as a dip for potato chips, scallions and carrot or celery strips.
