2 cups cooked carrots,salted and mashed (about 15 raw carrots or
2 lbs. bag)
1 stick butter
2 eggs well beaten
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 cup sugar
1/8 tsp. cinnamon

Instructions

Blend all ingredients together and pour into greased 8 x 8 casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
