Super Veg Breakfast Shake

2 to 4 servings scale / convert
2 cups coconut water
1 cup raspberries
1 cup spinach
3 kale leaves
3 collard leaves
6 stalks celery
1/2 lemon, juice of
1 tbsp. spirulina powder
Juice the lemon. Rough chop the vegetables. Add all the ingredients into a vitamix or blender, and blend until smooth.
Inspired by @sorenmacbeth's veg breakfast drink. You've got to really love veggies to enjoy this one, but you'll feel like Popeye after you consume it. This recipe is for the Clean Gut diet.
