Shrimp Cocktail Sauce

1 recipe scale / convert
5 tbsp. low-carb ketchup
1 tbsp. freshly ground horseradish
1/8 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Combine ingredients and serve with prepared shrimp.
This recipe is low carb, but you can make it with regular ketchup as well. Much better to make up some sauce fresh than to buy it in a jar and jam up the refrigerator.
