INGREDIENTS

1-1/8 lb. beef mince
15-7/8 oz. bolognaise sauce
Carrot, mushrooms, celery and zucchini, finely chopped
Baby cos lettuce leaves

INSTRUCTIONS

Brown 500 g. beef mince in a frypan. Stir in a 450 g. jar of bolognaise sauce with finely chopped carrot, mushrooms, celery and zucchini. Cover and simmer gently for 20 minutes. Serve in baby cos lettuce leaves.

Tastes wonderful, especially even better the day after, good to take for work the following day.
