INGREDIENTS

2 cups diced or julienne cooked beets
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup horseradish
2 tbsp. onion juice
1/2 cup vinegar

INSTRUCTIONS

Pour all into saucepan, toss lightly and bring to a boil. Serve hot or cold with meat or fish. If served cold, allow to chill overnight.
