INGREDIENTS

1 cup 2 plus tbsp. water
2 tsp. butter, softened
3-1/4 cup bread flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1-1/2 tsp. salt
1-3/4 tsp. yeast (regular or bread)

INSTRUCTIONS

Place all ingredients in bread pan in order listed. Select bread type: French Bread, (# 7 Oster machine). Press start. Bread will be done baking in the number of hours indicated.
