CHEF COMMENTS

This is my mom's recipe that she demonstrated on television back in the early 1950's when T.V. was brand new. It was her way of dealing with the turkey and ham leftovers after Thanksgiving. It has withstood the test of time in our family!!

* I prefer mozzerella and colby, mixed

Place all ingredients in a hot pan with Olive oil preheated and cook till most of the water is gone. Serve with Flour Tortillas, Sour Cream, Guacamole and jalapenos. ENJOY! November 25, 2001

Mmm mmm delicious! It's the perfect thing to do with leftovers. I love the almonds and celery with the mayo. I wouldn't have thought to put them in, but it really makes it feel like a treat instead of just a plain old leftover sandwich. October 23, 2010
