Fast Ham Rice
“Quick and easy rice dish, that can be a main course, or side dish.”
1 recipe scale / convert
2 cups turkey ham (diced)
4 Green Onions (chopped)
2 cups 5 minute rice
2 cups water
2 tsp. bullion (beef or chicken)
salt & pepper to taste
2 tbsp. peanut oil
Heat oil in large skillet.
Add ham and green onions, stir together and heat through.
Add water to pan, and heat to boiling, then add bullion and stir.
Return to boil, then add rice, stir well.
Cover and remove from heat, let sit for 5 minutes, add salt and pepper to taste and fluff with fork.
I like to serve this with egg and spring rolls, for a quick and easy dinner that fills you up.
