I feel like I gained 10 lbs from eating this, but it was worth it. Great bread I'll be making it a lot more. October 14, 2008

This bread is moist and more dessert/cake-like than bread-like. I used about 2 cups of apples and added 1/2 cup of dried cranberries. A loaf of Dutch Apple Bread would make a great gift. October 9, 2010
