'Don't Kiss Me' Garlic Chicken Marinade

1 recipe scale / convert
1 cup apple cider vinegar
1 cup vegetable oil
1/2 head garlic, crushed (or more to taste)
2 tsp. red pepper flakes (or more to taste)
1 tbsp. sugar
Mix ingredients and marinate chicken for a minimum of 15 minutes (1-2 hours in fridge is best).
Grill the chicken!
Hold back some of the marinade and boil (carefully supervised at a medium-high temperature) until the garlic turns slightly brown. Serve over grilled chicken. Boiling the marinade imparts a wonderful nutty and zesty flavor to the maranade.
Great with Tomatoe Avacado Salad.
