In a large skillet, brown sausage; remove from skillet and drain well. Add onion and celery to skillet, saute until soft; remove from skillet and drain well. Add all ingredients except macaroni to a large kettle; bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes. Add macaroni and simmer for 10 minutes longer.
