1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

Broil or grill over hot coals until meat reaches desired doneness, 4-5 minutes per side. To serve, slice thinly across the grain.

CHEF COMMENTS

I was bored making the usual London broil, so I got a little creative ands parked up the flavor with crushed red pepper, garlic and Worcestershire sauce.

I have to say, this looks easy and delicious.. I was tired of the same old thing myself and went searching online, guess I have to start marinading meat.. Thank you for posting this.. Since my accident and head injury 6 years ago and recovery I am still re learning how to cook.. I appreciate everyone who posts great recipes.. I hate bad and boring food! I cant wait to try this.. Easy enough for me to make and that says alot! Blessings for sharing.. January 14, 2009
