INGREDIENTS

2 scallions, thinly sliced
2 tbsp. onion seeds
1 tsp. onion seeds
1 lemon, juice and zest of
4 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
1-1/2 fl. oz. pepper vodka
1 tbsp. dry vermouth
1 cup cleaned watercress
1 lb. fresh crabmeat, picked over
Salt, to taste
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

In a mixing bowl, mix scallions, 2 tbsp. onion seeds, lemon juice and zest, extra-virgin olive oil, vodka, vermouth, watercress and crab meat. Toss until all ingredients are mixed and divide among 4 martini glasses. Sprinkle with remaining onion seeds and serve.
