1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 lg. green pepper chopped
1 lg. sweet red pepper chopped
2 cans (1-3/4 lb. each) tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
1 can baked kidney beans
1 tsp. adobo seasoning
Chili powder (to taste)
Shredded Mexican cheese blend

Instructions

Fry beef, onion and peppers until well done, add to crock pot. Add the remaining ingredients (except beans) and cook on low for 4 hours. Add beans and cook 2 more hours. Ladle into bowls and garnish with shredded cheese.
