Carrot Salad

1 recipe scale / convert
INGREDIENTS
1 pkg. pineapple jello
2 cups boiling water
1/2 cup crushed pineapple
1/2 cup carrots, finely chopped
1 orange, finely chopped
1 tbsp. celery, finely chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
Dissolve jello in water. When ready, mix all ingredients with jello. Chill and serve on lettuce or plain.
