3/4 cup buckwheat flour
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 cup dried whole egg
1/2 cup non-fat dry milk
1-1/2 tsp. baking powder
4 tbsp. margarine
1-1/2 cup water

Instructions

Mix all ingredients except margarine with water to make a creamy batter. Melt margarine and add gradually to batter while stirring.

Author's Comments

Yield: 30 to 40 2-inch pancakes.

The dry ingredients can be pre-mixed ahead of time and kept in baggies.
