1-1/2 cup blueberries
1 cup raspberries
2 cups almond milk
2 cups spinach
2 tbsp. almond butter
1 dash sea salt
2 tsp. chia seeds, soaked in water for 10 minutes
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
This smoothie is for the Clean Gut diet. If you're not on the diet, a banana to sweeten it up.
