Beet Salad

INGREDIENTS
1 bunch beets
1/4 cup white goma
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Boil, peel, slice beets. Boil beet greens until tender. Squeeze out water. Cut into 1-inch lengths. Grind goma, then add mayonnaise, vinegar and salt. Add beets and greens and mix together. Serve on lettuce.
