Apple Crisp

3 to 4 Granny Smith apples peeled and sliced

Frosting

1 cup rolled oats
1 cup sugar or
brown sugar
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 tbsp. milk
4 oz. butter

Instructions

Grease 10x12-inch pan and spread apples over it. Mix all the frosting ingredients in a small saucepan and cook until the mixture boils. Pour over apples and bake at 392°F for 15-20 minutes until apples are soft. Serve hot with a scoop of vanilla ice cream
