Becky's Morning Shake had no flavor, so I changed it up a bit. A vegan smoothie for the Clean Gut diet.

Ingredients

1 cup almond milk
1 cup carrot juice
2 cups spinach
1 avocado, flesh of
2 tbsp. almond butter
1 tbsp. hemp protein powder
2 tsp. ground flax seed or
flax meal
Pinch of sea salt
Ice

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

I modified this recipe from Becky's Morning Shake in the Clean Gut diet.

1 cup carrot juice can be made by juicing 8 large carrots.
