INGREDIENTS

3-1/2 cups turkey, diced and cooked
4 celery ribs, sliced
4 green onions, sliced
1/2 cup pecans, toasted and chopped
1/2 cup sweet red pepper, chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. dill weed
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Lettuce leaves

INSTRUCTIONS

In a large bowl, combine turkey, celery, onions, pecans and red pepper. Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, dill, salt and pepper; stir into turkey mixture. Refrigerate until serving. Serve on lettuce if desired.
