Mexican Layer Dip

INGREDIENTS

1 can (15 oz.) refried beans
1 pint sour cream
1 packet taco meat mix
1 small onion, very finely diced
2 cups cheese
2 cups lettuce
1 large tomato, seeded and finely diced
1 can (4 oz.) black olives, sliced

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix together sour cream and taco meat mix. Using a large casserole or Pyrex pan, spread the can of beans over the bottom of the pan. Add the sour cream mixture and spread evenly. Then sprinkle with onion, cheese, lettuce, tomato and olives. Chill and serve. Serve with tortilla chips.
