Butter Pecan Cookies

1 recipe scale / convert

INGREDIENTS

1 pkg. yellow cake mix
3/4 cups oil
1 egg
2 cups chopped pecans

INSTRUCTIONS

Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray. Mix all ingredients and place 1-inch diameter balls on cookie sheet. Bake at 350°F or until light golden brown around edges.
