INGREDIENTS
1 to 2 shots slow gin
7-Up, to taste
1 to 2 cherries
INSTRUCTIONS
Add shots of gin to glass. Put cherries in bottom of glass. Fill rest of glass with 7-Up. Stir.
CHEF COMMENTS
If you like cherries, add some cherry juice to make it taste better. Enjoy!

Roshambo is right! I have ordered a sloe gin fizz twice recently, and some "young bartender" made it with sloe gin and seven-up. Yuck!

Back in the olden days, (70's), we made the slow gin fizz with cherry flavored slow gin and Orange Crush pop.
I can't find the cherry flavored slow gin anymore.
