Cajun Spice Mix

INGREDIENTS
1 c Sweet paprika
1 ts Paprika
1 tb Black pepper
1 tb White pepper
3 tb Cayenne
1 tb Garlic powder
1 tb Onion powder
1 tb Salt
1 tb Rosemary
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix ingredients together.
CHEF COMMENTS
I usually put in twice the amount of cayenne for my taste.
