Baked Stuffed Trout

INGREDIENTS
4 Rainbow trout
2 c Fresh whole wheat bread
-crumbs
1 Orange, peeled, cut into
-segments and chopped
1 Grapefruit, peeled, cut into
-segments and chopped
2 tb Chopped fresh parsley
1 Celery stalk, sliced
1 Garlic clove, crushed
1 Egg, beaten
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Clean and gut the fish. Remove the fins. Mix together the bread crumbs, orange, grapefruit, parsley, celery and garlic. Stir in the egg, and mix together. Place the stuffing mixture inside each trout. Wrap each trout in buttered foil, and bake for 25 mintues.
