SERVINGS

INGREDIENTS

6 tbsp. onion flakes
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese (optional)
2 tsp. corn starch (optional)
2 tbsp. beef bouillon
1 tbsp. soybean flour
2 to 3 tbsp. vegetable protein
2 tbsp. instant mashed potatoes

INSTRUCTIONS

Blend all of the above ingredients together until well blended. Has a shelf life of two months.

To reconstitute:
Use 2 Tablespoons in 1-1/2 cups boiling water.
