INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Sugar
1/2 c Mild vinegar
2 tb Butter
1 tb Cornstarch
3 c Cooked diced beets
1/2 c Water
1/2 ts Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix sugar and cornstarch. Add vinegar and water. Cook until thick. Add salt and butter. Add beats. Heat until just hot.
