INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup ripe mango, cubed and peeled
1 cup papaya, diced and peeled
1/2 cup pineapple, cubed
1/2 cup red onion, diced
1/2 cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 to 1 tsp. habanero pepper sauce
1 tbsp. fresh cilantro, minced
1 tbsp. fresh lime juice
1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 clove garlic, minced

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; toss gently to coat.
