INGREDIENTS

2 peaches, peeled and cubed
3 md. tomatoes, cubed and seeded
1/4 cup green onions, sliced
2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. cider vinegar
1 tsp. fresh ginger, minced and peeled
1/8 tsp. salt
1 dash freshly ground black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients, and stir well.
