Lime Pie

INGREDIENTS
4 Egg yolks
14 oz Can sweetened condensed milk
3/4 c Fresh squeezed lime juice
1 tb Grated lime zest
1 Graham cracker crust
INSTRUCTIONS
Pre-heat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, break yolks. Mix in milk and lime juice. Taste to see if the mixture is tart enough. Add more lime juice, if desired. Add zest and mix very well. Fold into graham cracker crust. Bake in pre-heated 350°F oven 15 to 25 minutes, or until the middle has set nicely.
