Vanilla Fruit Cup

INGREDIENTS
1/2 c Sugar
3 tb Light brown sugar
1/2 c Water
1/2 c Orange juice
1/4 c Lemon juice
1 1/2 ts Vanilla extract
8 c Fruit, fresh; melon balls,
-strawberries, peach slices,
-grn grapes & banana slices
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer 5 to 8 minutes. Remove from heat, and stir in vanilla. Arrange fruit in a large bowl; pour syrup over fruit and toss gently. Chill several hours or overnight.
