Orange Cream Fruit Salad

INGREDIENTS
1 cn Pineapple tidbits, drained
1 cn Sliced peaches, drained
1 cn Mandrin oranges, drained
2 Medium firm sliced bannanas
1 Medium apple chopped
1 pk Instant vanilla pudding mix
1 1/2 c Milk
1/3 c Frozen orange juice
-concentrate
3/4 c Sour cream
INSTRUCTIONS
In a large salad bowl, combine fruits. Set aside. In a small medium bowl, beat pudding mix, milk and orange juice concentrate for 2 minutes with a whisk. Add sour cream and mix well. Spoon over fruit and toss gently to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
