Tropical Carrot Cake

INGREDIENTS

1 c Sugar
1 c Oil
4 Eggs
3 c Grated carrots
1/2 c Walnuts
1/2 c Chopped pineapple, drained
1/4 c Pineapple juice
1/2 c Coconut
2 c Flour
2 ts Soda
2 ts Cinnamon
2 ts Baking powder
1 ts Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Cream sugar and oil. Add eggs one at a time. Add remaining ingredients. Bake in 9x13-inch at 350°F for 40 minutes.
