Zucchini-Raisin Cookies

INGREDIENTS

1 cup margarine
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1-1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
1-1/2 cups zucchini, grated
1 cup raisins
2-1/2 cups flour

Frosting:
3 oz. soft cream cheese
2 cups powdered sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

Cream margarine and sugars together. Beat in eggs. Add cinnamon, salt, baking soda and vanilla. Beat well. Stir in zucchini and raisins. Add flour. Mix well. Bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes. Mix together frosting. Coat cookies when slightly cooled.
