Mocha Cream Pie

SERVINGS
1 pies scale / convert
INGREDIENTS
1-1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup cocoa
1/3 cup cornstarch
2 tsp. instant coffee
1/4 tsp. salt
3 cups milk
3 tbsp. butter
1-1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 9-inch baked crust
Whipped cream
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine first 5 ingredients in saucepan and gradually add milk until smooth. Cook and stir, boil for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla. Pour into cooled shell. Press plastic wrap directly onto surface. Chill 3 to 4 hours. Garnish with whipped cream.
