Lemon Vinaigrette

INGREDIENTS

1/2 ts Salt
1 Tb lemon juice
2 Tb white wine vinegar
1 ts Dijon mustard
1/2 c Oil
1/4 ts Grated lemon zest
Ground black pepper to taste
Hot pepper sauce to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Whisk ingredients together, adding oil and seasonings last.
