INGREDIENTS
2 lb. chicken, cut into bite size pieces
6 tbsp. mochiko flour
5 tbsp. cornstarch
6 tbsp. sugar
5 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 cups chopped green onions
2 eggs, beaten
2 cloves garlic, minced
Oil, for frying
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix all ingredients (except for oil). Marinate chicken overnight. Fry until brown.
