Egg Salad with Bacon and Chives

INGREDIENTS

12 whole eggs
1/4 cup chives, sliced
10 slices cooked bacon, chopped
1 cup mayo
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tsp. cider vinagar

INSTRUCTIONS

Hard boil the eggs for 10-12 minutes. Let cool; peel and chop. Mix with the remaining ingredients in a medium bowl and chill before serving.
