SERVINGS

INGREDIENTS
6 to 8 cubed beef steaks
1 env. onion soup mix
1 can mushrooms, undrained
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 can beef gravy
1 can water
Flour
INSTRUCTIONS
Dredge steak in flour and brown. Place in greased 13x9-inch pan. Sprinkle on onion soup mix. Cover with mushrooms and onions. Mix gravy and water. Pour over top. DO NOT STIR!! Cover and bake at 250°F for 3-4 hours.
CHEF COMMENTS
Potatoes and carrots may be added if desired. And make sure you cook up some some mashed taters.... as the gravy is wondermost!

Very Good!!
I can't wait to try it again & tweak it a little bit with wine or sherry insted of water.
Everyone thought it was real good. Boy thank god they did not know how easy it was to make. Just pop it in the oven and forget about it. Thank for posting this recipe Cindy!
