North of the Border Guacamole Dip

SERVINGS
2 cups scale / convert
INGREDIENTS
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 md. avocados
1 md. tomato, chopped
1 md. onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 can (4 oz.) diced green chilles
3/4 cups diced Cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
3 to 4 drops Tabasco sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
Whip cream cheese until smooth and creamy; add a little milk if necessary. Chop avocado and add to cream cheese mixture; beat again. Fold in tomato, onion and lemon juice. Add chilies, cheese, garlic powder and Tabasco. Serve with corn chips.
