Thai Peanut Sauce

SERVINGS
4 to 6 servings scale / convert
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup hoisin sauce
1/2 cup peanut butter, creamy
1/2 cup chicken broth
3 tbsp. soy sauce
3 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. garlic, minced
2 tbsp. ginger, minced
2 tbsp. sesame oil
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. chili sauce with garlic
INSTRUCTIONS
In a small combine all of the ingredients. Bring to a boil and reduce the heat to a simmer. Let simmer for 3 minutes. Stir so it will not stick. Let cool before serving.
CHEF COMMENTS
This sauce goes great with alot of chinese food. When I make it at home I double the batch and keep extra in the frig at all times.
