INGREDIENTS
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. milk
3/4 cup chopped corned beef
2 tbsp. minced onion
2 tbsp. minced green pepper (optional)
1/8 tsp. freshly ground pepper
1/2 cup sour cream
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients. Pour into a baking dish (one that the dip can be served from). Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes until center is firm.
CHEF COMMENTS
Good served on rye or pumpernickel party bread.
